Training: Royal Northern College of Music, on a Peter Moores Foundation Scholarship, where she won many awards including the Dame Eva Turner Award, the Elizabeth Harwood Memorial Award and the Towyn Roberts Scholarship from the National Eisteddfod of Wales. Roles played at RNCM include Sara in Roberto Devereux and First Lady in Die Zauberflöte. Opera includes: the title role of Theodora, Tatyana in Eugene Onegin and Annina in La Traviata (Glyndebourne on tour), Karolka in Jenûufa (Glyndebourne Festival Opera), High Priestess in Aida (Royal Albert Hall), Suzanne in Robinson Crusoe (Sadler’s Wells), Karolka in Jenûufa and Varvara in Katya Kabanova (Opera de Lyon). Theatre includes: Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz, the Narrator in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Laurie in Oklahoma! (Theatr Clwyd). Television includes: Opera Works with Jonathan Miller.
