Training: Guildford School of Acting. Theatre includes: Watty Watkins in Lady Be Good (Regent’s Park Open Air), Emperor in Aladdin (Old Vic), Mr Wilson in Acorn Antiques (Theatre Royal, Haymarket), the Captain in Trevor Nunn’s Anything Goes (Theatre Royal, Drury Lane, and NT), Love’s Labour’s Lost and His Girl Friday (NT), Me and My Girl (Adelphi) and Peg (Phoenix). UK tours include: Arsenic and Old Lace, Born Yesterday, Bedside Manners, Tons of Money, Barefoot in the Park, Great Expectations, Around the World in Eighty Days, The Great Big Radio Show, Dames at Sea, The Secret Garden, Guys and Dolls and The Dumb Waiter. Paul has appeared in too many pantomimes to mention. Television includes: Bad Penny, There’s a Viking in my Bed, Midsomer Murders, Spooks, Chucklevision, Goodnight Sweetheart, Red Handed, Gogglewatch, The Bill, All Night Long, Faith in the Future, Second Thoughts, True Crimes, Rumpole of the Bailey, Spatz, All Creatures Great and Small, 100 Years of Irving Berlin and The Royal Variety Show. Radio includes: 12 series of Something to Think About, The Last Battle, Fiddler on the Roof and Sweet Charity. Paul also has his own theatre production company (EPL) and was co-producer of the critically-acclaimed musical Sweet Charity (Victoria Palace). He is currently putting together a new audio interview production company.
