Theatre includes: Captain Albert Lennox in The Secret Garden (Byre, St Andrews), covered and played Raoul in The Phantom of the Opera (Her Majesty’s), covered and played Alec in Tess of the d’Urbervilles (tour and Savoy), A Flea in Her Ear, La Bohème, Beyond Reasonable Doubt, You Never Can Tell (Pitlochry Festival), Tristram in Alan Ayckbourn’s Taking Steps (Devonshire Park, Eastbourne), Prince in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (Rickmansworth Watersmeet, Weston-super-Mare Playhouse, Redditch Palace) and Emperor in Aladdin (Reading Hexagon and Regent, Stoke on Trent).

Nicholas was principal tenor aboard the Queen Mary II (inaugural year).
